Among the many useful standard features that come with your Volvo, one of the most helpful may be Volvo On Call® Roadside Assistance. Volvo developed On Call Roadside Assistance for its customers because Volvo cares and believes Volvo owners deserve the highest form of motoring protection available today.

Your initial On Call membership begins when you receive your new Volvo and lasts for four years complimentary. Plus, it's renewable, so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of Volvo On Call simply by paying a small annual fee through the On Call AdvantageSM* Program.

On Call includes such services as:

    24-hour roadside assistance 
    Towing to your nearest Volvo retailer 
    Computerized trip routing/map service 
    Lockout assistance
    Trip interruption expense benefits

How On Call Works 
On Call operates through a network of contracted (authorized) providers. You will find that using Volvo On Call's service will result in minimal out-of-pocket expense.

Who is an Authorized Provider? 
Volvo On Call service is provided through Agero Motor Club independent and licensed towers, throughout the United States.

Non-Authorized Servicers 
Volvo On Call is designed to render service only through our 1-800-638-6586 number. We provide you with emergency road and towing service to get you going again. If that's not possible, we will get your Volvo to the nearest Volvo authorized repair facility. If during severe weather conditions you experience difficulty getting through to our 1-800-638-6586 number, we ask for your patience. If we are unable to provide service, we will give you authorization to seek help outside.

Special Equipment 
We pay for one normally equipped service vehicle and one driver. Circumstances may dictate the use of special equipment. On Call is designed to pay for these costs provided that the plan members call 1-800-638-6586. Failure to do so will result in non-reimbursed expenses.

Extreme Weather 
When weather or road conditions are extremely bad, we ask for your patience. Our 1-800-638-6586 service is designed to render prompt and courteous service. Emergency situations, where the motorist is stranded, naturally take priority over disablements when the motorist is in the protection of a home or office. And in rare instances we may request that you locate service through the Yellow Pages, pay for the service, and forward your paid receipt for reimbursement up to a maximum of $100.00 per disablement.

What the Coverage Does Not Include 
The purpose of the Emergency Road and Towing Service is to provide service in common emergency situations. An emergency situation does not include: 

    Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance
    Shoveling snow from around a vehicle
    Installation or removal of chains or snow tires
    Vehicle storage charges, costs of parts and installation, products, materials, impounding and additional labor related to towing
